  • Indibook, promoted by Internovo Ventures Pvt. Ltd., is a fintech platform that enables seamless record-keeping and accounting for small merchants and businesses.

  • It is backed by Interface Ventures, the family office of Karan Desai and Akshay Srivastava.

  • Karan brings over 16 years of experience in financial services, including investment banking and co-founding a large retail NBFC. He also serves as a Director at RULoans which is a leading financial products distribution platform.

  • Akshay, an accomplished tech entrepreneur, runs NovoStack, specializing in financial services technology. He has a successful track record, having built and sold his first startup during college.
